I use bitbucket to host research-related programs. Here are the public projects:

• freepattern, a package for checking (inductive) freeness of hyperplane arrangements, in support of the papers "Rationally smooth Schubert varieties and inversion hyperplane arrangements" and "A pattern avoidance criterion for free inversion arrangements".
• staircasediagram, a package for generating staircase diagrams on an arbitrary graph.
